Welcome!

A chinese lion statue

We are a non-profit society which practices the Japanese martial arts of Iaido, Jodo and Hyoho Niten Ichi ryu in the Canadian cities of Calgary, Saskatoon and Saint John.

Ka Muso Kai has been in Calgary for 5 years, Saskatoon for 2 years, and is now starting in Saint John as of January, 2010.

Our primary art is Iaido - Japanese Swordsmanship. We practice Seitei and Muso-Shinden Ryu Iaido.

We are members of the Canadian Kendo Federation.

All people of all ages are welcome to come visit our clubs at any of our training times.

New potential members are also welcome to try a class at no charge. We would be happy to meet you and welcome you to our practice.

We are also very proud to be active volunteers within our local communities.
